Meet Our Cohort Leaders

Cohort Leaders are a collective of Community Health Workers (CHW) from the various cohorts of community members that have received the CHW training.  They serve as liaisons between their training class and the InTOuCH team. Cohort Leaders aid in providing feedback used for program development, assist with building community partnerships for community engagement, and provide support at local community events the Center participates in.
